Get your hands dirty, make new friends, and help protect the islands you love. From beach cleanups to citizen science, there's a place for everyone in our community of conservation volunteers.
Whether you're drawn to hands-on restoration work, curious about monitoring wildlife or passionate about educating others, volunteering with the Pender Islands Conservancy offers meaningful ways to connect with nature and community.
Our volunteers restore native habitats, survey kelp forests, organize beach cleanups and help with educational programs. Some projects happen once a year, others throughout the season. No special experience needed. Just bring your enthusiasm and we'll provide the training, tools and great company.
