About the Event

Daphne Daze at Schooner/Privateers Trail!

Monday, November 9 | 10 am – 2 pm

Gear up and join the crew for an eco-adventure to reclaim native habitat along Schooner/Privateers Trail! 🌱

Help us tackle invasive Daphne (Spurge-laurel), a plant that can spread through forest understories and compete with native vegetation. Together, we'll make more room for native plants to thrive and help restore the health of this special area!

Location: Schooner/Privateers Trail

What to Bring: Please bring a water bottle, lunch, sturdy footwear, gloves, and clothing suitable for the weather. Bring your own tools if you have them, but don't worry if you don't! We'll have extras available.

Volunteer & Win! Every restoration activity you attend between November 1 and December 18 earns you an entry into a prize draw at our Volunteer Appreciation Holiday Party. The more you join us, the more chances you have to win!
