We are pleased to present Spotted Owls: Shadows in an Old Growth Forest, an illustrated talk by Jared Hobbs, Registered Professional Biologist, author, and award-winning wildlife photographer. 7 p.m. at the Community Hall. $5 at the door. Masks and proof of vaccine required.

About the Event

After a long hiatus due to Covid-19, the Pender Islands Conservancy is happy to resume hosting educational presentations once again. We are pleased to present Spotted Owls: Shadows in an Old Growth Forest, an illustrated talk by Jared Hobbs, Registered Professional Biologist, author, and award-winning wildlife photographer based in both Victoria and Pender Island.

Please join us November 19 at 7 p.m. at the Community Hall. Admission is 5.00 at the door. As per provincial health guidelines, all attendees must present proof of double vaccination in electronic form (the BC Vaccine Card) along with photo identification. We also respectfully request that all attendees wear a mask.
