About the Event
In collaboration with the Pender Islands Parks and Recreation Commission , we will continue removing invasive plants at Danny Martin Park on March 4, 11 and 18th. Every week we get closer to restoring this beautiful natural area. Don't forget to dress for the weather and bring water. If you have loppers and gloves, please bring them. We will be removing Himalayan Blackberry, so wear hardy clothes. We have personal protective equipment available, including masks and glasses.
