About the Event
Calling all young birders! On Saturday, January 3 from 9 am - noon, join us for this year’s Christmas Bird Count 4 Kids for games, prizes and outdoor adventures as we learn birding skills and help monitor birds on Pender! Meet at the Hope Bay Bible Camp, where we’ll learn about bird monitoring and play some games, then head out to see what birds we can find. We’ll make our way to Hope Bay and back, then have snacks and hot chocolate while we report on what we found. How many species will we find? Will we discover any rare birds? Join us to find out!
