About the Event

Longing for warmer weather? We’re bringing Hawaii to the Hall on Friday, February 21 at 7 pm.

Join us for an end-of-winter Hawaiian natural history celebration with much-loved presenters, David Manning and Eroca Dancer.

Travel with Dave and Eroca as they safari with Felti Dee-Dee, trusted mascot and tour-guide, on the Big Island of Hawaii. Discover volcanoes, exotic plants, animals and more in an amusing and educational program.

Wear your Hawaiian shirt, sip tropical mocktails from our “beach bar”, sway to music and enjoy a fascinating presentation about conservation on the North Pacific islands.

Some of the conservation challenges Hawaii faces are remarkably similar to ones we face here on the Gulf Islands. Can we benefit from lessons learned on our respective islands?

Seminar admission is $10 or by donation (pay what you can). But, this party is a two-for-one event. Bring a friend and they get in for free!
